Rakau Hops - New Zealand

Rakau is a hop from New Zealand that is uniquely described as "the whole orchard". It has BIG stone fruit aromas, especially apricot, tropical fruit, and candy. It is the total packahe of high alpha acids and oil content, with low cohumulone - which makes it perfect for the "hoppy not bitter" IPAs. Will work well on Pale Ales, Blondes, and wheat beers.
