Cabernet Sauvignon is by far, our biggest selling juice. The reason for that is simple, it is a well known grape that is great on its own and is absolutely killer in blends. It is full bodied, with balanced notes of dark fruit, and medium tannins. We like to make this with oak, and it blends well with just about every other red juice we offer.
Our 2018 Cabernet is lower in acidity compared to most years. We recommend adding 2 grams per litre of our acid blend to the juice at fermentation.

These thick skinned and richly dark coloured grapes are grown in almost every wine growing region across the world and are strongly resistant to rot and frost. These grapes, a cross of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc, are a relatively new introduction since the 17th century.
