We love this little pail because it can be really hard to find the right vessel to ferment small 1 gallon batches in. The grommeted lid for this pail (sold separately) seals perfectly and allows for a safe fermentation. This is the go-to vessel for all 1.5 gallon or smaller fermentations.
Made from FDA approved food safe plastic, can take temperatures of up to 180°F (82°C).
