Kieselsol (2oz)

Kieselsol is a clarification agent that we use in our white wines. We find it does a great job in clarifying wine, without losing too much wine in the sediment layer. 

 

A couple of notes on Kieselsol:

- We do not recommend using it with red wines, we find that it can strip the colour of reds. 

- We recommend using it with gelatin for best clarifying results

- Usage: 1oz/22L of wine. Add 10 minutes after adding gelatin to freshly racked wine.
