Named after the region in which it was developed, Hersbrucker is a low-alpha German hop that offers a pleasant noble aroma, with mild floral and fruity notes. 


Alpha Acid: 1.5-5%

Beta Acid: 2.5-6.5%

Profile: Noble, Mild, Floral, Fruity 

Typical Brewing Style: Dunkel, Weizenbock, Marzen, Pale Ale, Lager, Helles, Kölsch
