English Ale 2 - Escarpment Labs

Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their English Ale II Yeast. It has a higher attenuation than their English Ale I, while still being very flocculant. It is suited for higher gravity English ales, and is also great as a workhorse yeast strain for most English/USA beer styles.
