Gluten Free IPA - 5.5 Gallons - Extract - ABV 5.4% - IBU 54 - SRM 1

Our goal was to make a gluten free beer that actually tasted good. Through a few trials, tests, and lots of sampling we can safely say we succeeded. Against the Grain may lack malts, but it more than makes up for it with robust hop notes. This is a crisp, hoppy IPA that is pretty damned hard to tell it is gluten free. 

Purchasing this recipe includes all of the below ingredients, as well as the instructions. We will mill the grains for this recipe unless told otherwise. Equipment and extras such as dextrose or DME for priming are sold separately

1.5oz Cascade - Dry Hop (4 days)
