CRYO IPA – 5.5 Gal - OG 1.057 – FG 1.013– ABV 5.7% - IBU 49 – SRM 6.6
This beer is all about the CRYO hops. Named after one of Mr. Freeze's infamous lines from 1997's Batman & Robin. It's a big, bold IPA with tonnes of juicy hop aroma and flavour.

Ingredients
Grains
- Dingemans Pilsen x 5.5lbs
- Maris Otter x 4.5lbs
- Munich Dark x 0.5lbs
- Golden Naked Oats x 0.5lbs
- Honey Malt x 0.5lbs
- Acidulated Malt x .25lbs
Hops (ALL POST BOIL)
- Mosaic CRYO (23% A.A.) - 1.25 oz @ FLAMEOUT - 15 minutes, do NOT cool
- Mosaic CRYO (23% A.A.) - 1.25oz @ 10 minutes at 170°F/76°C
- Mosaic CRTO (23% A.A.) - 1.5oz DRY HOP -> Final 2 days before bottling.
Yeast
- Vermont Ale (Escarpment Labs)
Extras (Must be purchased separately)
- Calcium Chloride - 4g (0.8tsp) in mash
- DME/Dextrose - 150g at bottling for priming
