Sometimes our Escarpment Labs pitches don't sell before the 6 month window closes, in this case we mark them down . They're still very viable if you make a starter to rejuvinate them! (dirty truth, the staff at KJ uses mostly expired yeast for our brewing, better then letting them go to waste!)
