  • AC-4 Dry Cider Yeast

    Intensely fresh aromatic profile (apple, floral) with a crisp mouthfeel enhancing cider structure. Ensures a very good assimilation of fructose and excellent for low gravity ciders.

    Temperature Range: 10-30°C, ideally 15-25°

    Usage Rate: 10-20 grams per 100L, or 2-4 grams per 20L batch. 

    Storage Recommendations: Store in the fridge.
