Is your wine too acidic? Too dry? You can add wine conditioner to sweeten the wine back up. We find this helpful to take the sharp edge of a young wine, or to bring back some of the fruit notes that may be masked by high acidity.
We also use this in ciders, and even beers. Please keep in mind, this sugar is non-fermentable. Also, if added to products that will bottle conditioned it will prevent carbonation. Only use in beverages carbonated with direct infusion of CO2, not natural carbonation.
Recommended dosage: 1 tablespoon/11L of wine, add more as needed
