Wine Conditioner 500 ml Increase the body of your wine and give it a smooth, round flavour. Wine should be stabilized before the addition of Wine Conditioner. We find adding this to really dry wines really helps round out the flavour without making it taste 'sweet'. 

 

Usage:

- Start at 1 tbsp/22L of wine. Keep adding until it reaches the desired level. 

- If the wine tastes acdidic no matter how many conditioner you add, consider either aging the wine or adding potassium bicarbonate to de-acidify. 

- Can even be added to individual wine glasses. Say your wine is a bit too dry and you want to smooth it out a bit, add a small drip and stir it in.
