Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Valor yeasy. A blend of Ringfish and Brett B. This blend is suitable for cloning one of the most famous Trappist style beers. It can also be used in any Belgian style pale ale, as well as Brett beers.
