Devon’s idea for this month’s beer is to pay homage to the women of the brewing world who have fought hard to make their mark in a predominantly male industry. This crisp American lager features Loral and Saaz hops (L&S... wink wink) is light with malt-sweetness and is highly crushable.

Grains
- Rahr Pilsner x 6.0lbs
- Flaked Corn x 1lb
- Flaked Rice x 1lb
- Chit Malt x 1lb
- Acidulated x 0.1lbs
Hops
- Loral - 1.0 oz @ 10 minutes
- Saaz - 1.0 oz @ 0 minutes
Yeast
- KRISPY (Escarpment Labs) -> Or feel free to swap it out for Mexican Lager from Escarpment Labs, or S-23 from Fermentis.
Extras (Must be purchased separately)
- Amylo 300 (use 1/10th of an ounce when pitching the yeast)
- DME/Dextrose - 150g at bottling for priming
