Sovereign Hops

Sovereign is a British hop that is typically used for late-boil additions or dry-hopping, producing a slightly fruity character with floral, grassy and herbal notes. Though it's not typically used for bittering, it can produce a green-tea bitter finish. Sovereign pairs well with Goldings in English-style beers.
