    Scottish Ale Yeast - Escarpment Labs

    Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Scottish Ale yeast. This is made from a classic Scottish strain. It is typically used for strong and malty beers, but can also be used as a general purpose ale strain. This strain can ferment colder than mamy other ale strains. Attenuation is highly responsive to wort fermentability.
