    This is a general-purpose yeast for the production of a varied range of top fermented special beers. Designed mostly for Belgian wheat and Trappists. 

    Fermentation Temperature: 12°c - 25°c, ideally 15°c - 20°c

    Storage: Cool, Dry conditions (<10°c)

    Floculation: High

    Dosage Instructions: 11.5g/20-30L
