Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Ringwood Ale yeast. It is VERY similar to English Ale 1, we consider it to be essentially the same thing.

Temperature Range: 18-22ºC
Alcohol Tolerance:  Medium
Flocculation: Medium-High

- 200 billion cells which will be adequate pitch rate for a standard-gravity brew
