RC - 212 Bourgovin Yeast

Bourgovin RC 212 is a red wine yeast. It was originally selected for its ability to ferment heavier Burgundian Pinot Noirs. 

- It has an alcohol tolerance of 16%

- Its optimum temperature range is 20°c-30°c

- aromas of ripe berry and fruit are emphasized while respecting pepper and spicy notes.
