Pilsner - Weyermann

Weyermann's Pilsner Malt is an excellent choice for making light coloured, Continental lager style beers. It is also an ideal grain to use for making SMaSH beers. 

TIP: When using Pilsner malt, we recommend always doing a 90 minute boil rather than a 60. Pilsner malts tend to promote DMS flavours, the 90 minute boil helps mitigate that.
