Moscato

Moscato has big notes of pineapple, tropical fruit and grapefruit. It is excellent made as both a slightly off dry, and off dry wine. We like to ferment it until the specific gravity reaches 1.008, and then proceed to stabilize with potassium sorbate and stabilizer. This ensures it will not ferment much further - leaving all the natural sugars still in the wine. 

If made dry, Moscato tends to be a bit spicier while losing a bit of the tropical fruit flavours.
