This is a new yeast from Escarpment, as of right now (Feb 2023) not a whole lot is known about it! If you want to be on the cutting edge of brewing - then this is the yeast for you!

- Temp Range: 23-30C
- Thiol Extraction (similar to our Thiol Libre yeast)
