Our Light LME is a great base for just about any beer. Typically two 1.5KG (3.3LBs) will provide enough fermentable sugar for 5 or 6 gallon batches. The lovibond for Golden light is 2-2.5°.
Bags are cold-filled and nitrogen flushed, can be stored at room temperature for up to 18 months.
