Isar Lager - Escarpment Labs

Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Isar Lager yeast. It accentuates malt character, with a reliable fermentation profile. It also features great flocculation and diacetyl reduction. Escarpment Lab's recommends raising the fermentation temperature to 15°C toward the end of fermentation in order to ensure full attenuation and diacetyl reduction.
