Hornindal Kveik Blend - Escarpment Labs

Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Hornindal Kveik blend. This blend shows mixed fruity character ranging from tropical fruit to red apple, with supporting notes of caramel. We recommend warm fermentation temperatures and using yeast nutrients to ensure complete attenuation.
