English Ale 1 - Escarpment Labs

Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their English Ale 1 yeast. A classic English ale yeast, fermenting and flocculating quickly, leaving residual sugars and accentuating malt character. Suitable for production of most English ale styles.
