D-47 Yeast

D-47 Yeast is an excellent white wine yeast. We have used it for our wines, but we tend to prefer EC-1118 in the majority of our whites. D47 are meant more for full bodied, barrel fermented Chardonnays. 


- Has a temperature range of 15°c-20°c

- Wines made with it are known for their accentuated fruit flavours

- Is also recomended to use when making mead.
