Cider Blend 2021 - Escarpment Labs

This is Escarpment Labs 2021 Cider Blend.

From Escarpment Labs: "Cider fanatics rejoice! Since you asked for it, 2021's Cider Blend has been propagated in gluten-free growth media (sorghum base).  (ie, this blend is GLUTEN FREE)
This year's blend features two of our favourite beer yeasts that work great in cider: Vermont Ale and Weizen I. This blend is intended to enhance fruity esters and citrus notes in your cider. 

Fermentation Temperature: 15ºC-25ºC (lower temps are possible but fermentation will be slower)

Attenuation: 85%+ (in fruit juice)

Freshest By Date: May 2022
