BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast

BRY-97 is a fairly similar yeast strain to US-05, or liquid versions of Cali and American ale. We find that this strain tends to promote a bit more hop aroma than US-05, overall it provides a neutral flavour to beers. It can be used in a wide variety of ale styles, including IPA, Pale Ale, Cream Ale, Wheat, Scotch Ale, Ambers, Browns, Stouts, Imperial Stouts, Rye Ale, and Barley Wine.  

Fermentation Temperature: 15°c - 22°c

Storage: Cool, Dry conditions (<4°c)

Floculation: High

Attenuation: Medium to high

Dosage Instructions: 50 to 80 g/hl
