Bentonite - 500g

Bentonite is a high performing clarifying agent. Its useful for wine, cider, mead, and even beer. Also used for protein stabilization of grape and fruit based fermentations. 

Usage: 4-5 grams per 20L, mix with 100ml of water. Wait 30 minutes, and then mix strongly to create a fluid cream. Add to racked wine/cider/mead etc. 

Our instructions may differ from other brands of bentonite due to the style of bentonite we are now selling. This particular brand we sell is called Gelbentonite which is superior to standard bentonite in that it is much easier to use than standard bentonite, AND it takes significantly less time to mix than normal bentonite (30 minutes vs 24 hours!)
