Arset Kveik - Escarpment Labs

Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Arset Kveik yeast. The overall flavour profile is similar to the Hornindal Kveik Blend, but this blend exhibits a broad temperature range, and tolerates acidic wort quite well.
