  • WB-06 Weizen Yeast (Saison, Wheat, White)

    WB-06 is a speciality yeast selected for wheat beer fermentation. The yeast produces subtle estery and pehnol flavour notes typical of wheat beers. 

    Fermentation Temperature: 12°c - 25°c - For clover flavours: below 22°c, for banana flavours: above 23°c.

    Storage: Cool, Dry conditions (<10°c)

    Floculation: Low

    Residual Sugars: 0 g/l at attenuation of 86%

    Dosage Instructions: 50 to 80 g/hl

    Size
