Phosphoric acid is very useful for lowering the mash pH in your brew. Unlike lactic acid, or acidulated malt, Phosphoric acid is nearly tasteless. We typically use a blend of acidulated malt and Phosphoric acid to get our mash pH in the right spot.
10% concentration, packaged in an 8oz container.
