Huell Melon Hops

Huell Lemon is a recently released German hop that is the daughter of Cascade. It has a very uniqe mellow fruit character with notes of summer melon, honeydew, and ripe strawberry. Huell Melon is great for Hefeweizen and Belgian Ales, but can be used in seasonal summer beers or Brett fermentations.
