Centennial Hops

Centennial is an aroma type cultivar that has found favour as one of the most popular varieies for craft brewers. Often it is referred to as a super Cascade.
It is one of our favourites here at the shop. We especially love to use it for malty pale ales and IPAs. 10lbs 2 Row, 1lb Crystal Medium and 3-4oz of Centennial makes a classic beer.
