Burton Ale - Escarpment Labs

Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Burton Ale Yeast. It is a high character English yeast from Burton on Trent. It is great for a wide range of English styles, including bitters, pale ales, IPAs, porters and stouts.
