VIN 13 White Wine Yeast - 5g

VIN 13 is an aromatic, cold tolerant yeast with a high alcohol tolerance. It is a good thiol releaser with notes of guava, passion fruit, and grapefruit. With Chardonnay, it brings out pineapple and banana flavours - and on Riesling and Gewurztraminer it accentuates floral notes. It also releases fruity notes in Rose wines too.
Ideal for Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Viognier, Chardonnay, and Rose.
Alcohol Tolerance: 16.5%
