  • K1-1116 Yeast

    K1-1116 Yeast is white wine yeast. It is best suited for Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chenin Blanc, stuck fermentations, and fruit wines. 

    - Ferments well in stressed conditions. 

    - When fermented at low temperatures (16°c), it is a strong floral ester producer.
