On Monday, March 22 the Ontario Government announced the closure of all non-essential businesses. Later that day they provided the details of what is considered essential. After looking through the list, we can see reasons why we might be considered essential – but we believe the moral and ethical thing to do is to dramatically limit inter-personal contact.
Our entire catalog of items can be found on our website for online purchase. Please visit www.kjurbanwinery.com to make transactions.
We will be available at the store from 11-5 Monday to Friday, please feel free to reach out to us via phone (519-824-1624) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for any questions, concerns, or orders.
We are unable to ship CO2 locally or via Canada Post. We still want our clients to have their CO2 re-filled and exchanged. We will continue to offer this service. To arrange for a CO2 fill up or exchange, please call us to arrange an appointment before coming to the store. We will take every precaution to ensure the safety of all involved.
All wine will continue to be produced and looked after. We are able to take orders, please give us a call to place your order. For wine bottling, right now we are suspending that service – we hope to re-start it soon.
We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience that these changes may have, however we feel that doing our part for our community is important and we greatly look forward to the time we will all be able to return to business as usual.
Thank you to everyone, and please stay safe,
The Staff at KJ
Comments will be approved before showing up.
As many of you know, the COVID crisis in just a short couple of weeks has dramatically changed our world and how we interact with it.
At KJ, we have been keeping a close eye on events and words from our provincial and federal leaders. Amongst the staff and management, we have been trying to decide what is the best course of action going forward.
In the best interest of our clients, our staff and their families,
We have decided that we will be closing the doors to our store starting on Thursday, March 19.
