KJ's Re-Opening Procedures

To Our Valued Clients,

The last few months have been unprecedented in the changes in our lives. We're glad to see that our collective efforts have reduced the spread of the virus and that as a province we are on the path to normalcy.

For the last few months we have been open for business, but have left our doors locked to keep both our customers and staff safe. We're excited to announce that on Monday, June 29 we will be re-opening our doors! We have spent the last couple of weeks preparing our newly renovated store for this and we are ready to go!

We wanted to summarize how we will be operating going forward so our customers know how we are doing our best to keep everyone safe, but also well taken care of.

Adrian Wears a Mask

If you like our masks, we get them made from VTR! They are comfy and inexpensive.

Here are our new policies and procedures:
  • Masks are mandatory, as per the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Health Unit. Our staff will be wearing masks when interacting with clients in the store.
  • We have hand sanitizer stations around the store, including at the front door. Customers MUST sanitize their hands upon entry.
  • Please observe social distancing practices when in the store
  • We will regularly sterilize shared equipment (such as scoops) as well as surfaces and door handles.
  • We reserve the right to limit numbers in the store, but we don't think this will be too big of an issue.
  • We will accept cash, but we STRONGLY prefer the use of Debit/Credit Cards
  • Our hours until Labour Day will be 10-5 Monday to Thursday, 10-6 on Fridays, and 10-5 on Saturdays.
  • We will continue to offer free local delivery and free curb-side pickup for online orders!
Bottling Wine Procedures
  • For the last few months we have been bottling for our clients, we will continue to offer this service for those that want to.
  • Otherwise, bottling will return to normal. We can offer the full service of custom labels, wine bottles, and tasting.
  • We will allow clients to temporarily remove their mask to try the wine.
  • Going forward, we will be using disposable, plastic wine glasses for all sampling.
  • We will sterilize all equipment between appointments

We look forward to seeing everyone! Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns.
